-Oh Mylanta! I feel like a heffer after eating so many delicious yummies last Thursday! Anybody else have a good turkey day? Good!
-Gramma Lauglin came through with that delicious stuffing she's so well known for. Just as stuffed as that beautiful bird was, so was I also!!!! :)
-The first snow fell in Des Moines, which gave Zachary an excuse to ride his "Turbo Sled" that he made this summer. He hooked an old Radio Flyer wagon to the engine from Rick's Moped, (Which was fine with Rick because he hasn't been able to ride with Arnie Tinsley since Arnie moved to Altoona (We Miss you Arnie!)) and rolled around the block for a good half hour. Houston, we have a future astronaut!!
-Popcorn shrimp on Thanksgiving? If you say so, Ted LaPortia!
-Madonna: I don't care what anybody says, if I had arms like that, I would dress provocatively too! Ha! if I had arms like that, I could pull Zachary in his sled and we wouldn't need the Moped engine...But we'd still need Arnie Tinsley!

-I'm Thankful for doorbuster deals and blue light specials at the Big K and Super K. "Santa" got some work done early this year...and for cheap!
-Dumb question alert: Is Kelsey Grammer really a psychiatrist? I know he played one on Frasier, but if he isn't, he might consider it.
-Grandpa Laughlin told a funny anectdote that I would like to pass on (with his permission ;) : "May you eat untill you're tired and then sleep untill you're hungry!" When I heard that one I said, "That's something the readers might just get a kick out of!"
-The Sir Laffsalots, a group of skit comedy players from Iowa State are having a show at the performing arts center tonight! Should be a hoot! Reviews to follow! A tip to the players: Keep it funny. This crowd knows its comedy!!!
